Session Description: Twitter for Good: Partnering with the Mid-Market Neighborhood: Twitter's NewCo Presentation will provide a hyper-local snapshot on Twitter for Good's work in the Tenderloin/Mid-market area and highlight some of our digital citizenship and internet safety programs from around the world. We built the Twitter service to foster communication on a global scale, because we believe the open exchange of information can be a compelling force for good in the world. Our mission for corporate philanthropy at Twitter is to reflect and augment the positive power of our platform through civic engagement, employee volunteerism, charitable contributions, and in-kind donations. In these ways, our company can foster greater understanding, equality, and opportunity in the cities and countries where we operate.
